All of the cake recipes can be made as a sheet cake. Just bake in 9 X 13 pan using the same methods for icing or adding fruit and Milk Mixure...

Always mix your dry ingredients together first and add in liquids gradually mixing well as you go. This will avoid any lumps in you batter.

Banana Milk Cake
What makes this cake so yummy is the milk mixture that is poured in and soaked through the cake layers. It is So Moist with sweetness and oh so good. You can use this same mixture with other cakes too....:)

..........Recipe.........

1 Box of yellow cake mix

Prepare the cake per insturctions on box....

.........Milk Mixture.......

This is not really a recipe but just a method of how to make it.  In other words, taste it until you get it JUST RIGHT.....:)

Use About.... 1 1/2  Cups Sugar

                               1/2   Cups Milk

                                   1    tsp. Vanilla

Mix in small sauce pot and heat on stove until it comes to a boil. Then let boil for just a minute of so until mixture is smoothe and creamy.  Punch holes into your cake layer using a knife and with a spoon, pour milk mixture down inside the cake. Add your favorite fruit and repeat with next layer.  Pour remaining milk mixture on top of finished cake and ENJOY.....!!!

Strawberry Cake

1 Box Strawberry Cake Mix

1 Box Strawberry Jello small box

2 Tbsp. Flour

4 Eggs

1 Cup Cold Water

1/2 Cup Oil

3/4 Cup Strawberries...mashed

Mix all dry ingredients together...Add eggs, water, oil and mashed strawberries........Mix well

Bake at 350 degrees in seasoned cake pans til done.....:)

Strawberry Icing

1 Stick of Margarine

1 Box Powdered Sugar

1/4 Cup Strawberries, mashed

Mix all together and spread on cake.....:)
